This is a traditional recipe intended to stretch a valuable food item a bit farther. Sao Jorge Raw Cheese from Matos Cheese Factory in Northern California, is blended into a creamy cheese spread with Noris Dairy’s butter, spices and a splash of kirsch for a delightful addition to your holiday appetizers. Serve this with simple biscuits or crackers or even with warm oat cakes.

This is adapted from a native coastal Salish recipe. SmokedChinook (King) Salmon is creamed with a variety of delicious fats and bit of citrus and juniper. This makes a delicious dip, snack, spread or condiment. This is very moist and abundant in omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamin D3.
