This is local pasture-raised beef with our house citrus cure. It is a tangy, sour, bright and dry jerky! We leave on a bit of the fat to make this especially creamy and sweet too. This makes a great snack on the go, travels well, or try throwing a few bits into your soup or crumbling onto a salad. This cure is mild enough to be kid friendly and contains no sugar no soy and no nitrates.

This is a fruity custard made with eggs instead of milk or cream. Meyer lemons are cooked with eggs from SuDan Farm for a delicious citrus dessert. This makes a great filling for cookies, swirled into a vanilla ice cream or eaten alone like pudding (hard to keep my spoon out of the dish!). This is great served with a dollap of sweetened whipped cream.
