bullet We are a prepared foods grocery Tuesday - Friday from 11am-7pm selling bone broths, cultured vegetables, starter cultures, granola, pork lard, frozen meats & offal, fresh juices and nut milks, gluten free pies, tea, jams and chutneys, nutritional supplements and fermented sodas among other locally sourced items. Our goal is to make health supportive food accessible to you in Portland!

We are also a classroom for traditional cooking techniques and resource for community nutritional resources and a connection to value added items from local farmers. Check out our Calendar of Events to find out what’s going on, but also if you are interested to organize your own cooking class, we are happy to arrange a time for you to learn more of these techniques. The cost is per person, with a minimum of 3.
