This coconut yogurt is made from cultured fresh raw coconut meat* and mixed with vanilla beans* to create and aromatic and natural sweetness. It is slightly tangy from our vegan starter, creamy, delicious and alive with many, live active bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus). Great care is taken in sourcing the coconut meat to be sure that it is organically sourced and never irradiated. Tastes like pudding and goes fast! Each jar contains 8oz.

** The cane sugar is used in a ratio of 2 Tbsp for every 4 pounds of coconut meat and milk.  It is necessary to feed the living cultures.  There is little to no residual cane sugar remaining in the finished product.
