Shipping:
We offer shipping nationally through FedEx or USPS with your online order. Several options are available, but we highly recommend a maximum of 2 day shipping for any of the perishable items. We are unable to guarantee shipments. Sometimes, we can price options out a little cheaper and are happy to work with you if you reach out. However, shipping perishable items can be very expensive. We do not make a profit on any of the shipping costs, and are only passing through the business rates that we have been quoted. Shipping expenses on perishable items include costs for an insulated container, freezer packs and packing materials, in-addition to the product.All shipments are sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays. Any orders placed after Sunday may be pushed to the following Monday or Tuesday. At the time of shipment, you should receive tracking information through FedEx or USPS. If you do not, please reach out so you can plan accordingly to receive any perishable items.The bone broth is shipped frozen and sometimes will melt a little in transport. It can easily be refrozen, or put in a refrigerator to continue to thaw for immediate consumption. We recommend that once the broth is thawed, it should be kept refrigerated and used within 7-10 days. If it has melted entirely and is warm upon arrival, please do not consume it. However, this has never happened to date when shipped within 2 days.

Delivery:

We offer local delivery of all our products weekly, on Tuesdays, but will hopefully be able to expand to additional days in the future. All orders must be submitted by 8am the Monday before, to ensure we have adequate time to fill them correctly. A $10 handling fee will be charged to all delivery orders to help pay for labor, gas and supplies. When your order is delivered, it will be left in an insulated bag if no one is there to receive it.

We collaborate with Portland Juice Company to manage our local delivery services, which means that you can get both bone broth and cold-pressed juice delivered at the same time! We are able to deliver to Portland, Vancouver, Beaverton, Hillsdale, Gresham, Oregon City and Lake Oswego, and everywhere in-between.
