This box was created collaboratively with Queen of Hearts Gluten Free Bakery, Portland Apothecary, Puddletown Acupuncture, Mickleberry Gardens and Salt Fire & Time. And the best part is that we can deliver it to your home or ship it to your loved ones (east side - wednesday delivery, west side - friday delivery)! Of course, you are always welcome to deliver it yourself as well. You may consider adding an extra bone broth, fermented cod liver oil capsules or some tummy tonics to your box, depending on what else you think may help with what is ailing you.

Each box contains:

1 32oz bone broth

1 2oz elderberry honey syrup

1 2oz redroot + licorice sore throat spray

2 chinese herbal packets (one for cold symptoms and one for flu symptoms - with instructions for dosage)

1 coconut yogurt

1 Gluten Free Chicken + vegetable hand pie

2 organic oranges

2 organ meat sticks
