Homemade Fermented Sodas: want to learn how to make delicious bubbly drinks at home? Come learn how to make Kombucha, lacto fermented sodas and ginger ale. You’ll even get to take a few bottles home! Please note that this can be a messy class, so be prepared to get a little soaked yourself and we’ll even send you home with a few bottles to taste too and your own SCOBY! 6:30pm $40/person (this class tends to run late, so please prepare to stay 2-3 hours)

We will talk about the differences between cultures and the many versions of cultured dairy options. These are simple processes and this class is meant to improve your fluency in the kitchen. This is a delicious way to extend the life of your milk as well as to guarantee their nutrition. Cultured dairy is a great way to heal your digestion and help to mitigate allergies associated with pasteurized milk. (besides the fact that your own is always so much more delicious!) You will learn to make yogurt, butter, kefir & creme fraiche and even take home a starter culture of your own 6:30pm $40/person
Offal Tricks -- working with Liver, Kidneys & Heart!
Come learn the simple ins and outs of organ meats! The special flavors and perfumes are often overlooked because they are misunderstood. In this class we will demystify these most nutrient dense parts of any animal and talk about how to source them safely. We will make a steak & kidney pie, pork liver pate, butter braised beef livers and meatballs with heart! This will be taught by Tressa Yellig
Class will begin at 6:30pm
