This is Highland Oaks beef with our house citrus cure. It is a tangy, sour, bright and dry jerky! We leave on a bit of the fat to make this especially creamy and sweet too. This makes a great snack on the go, travels well, or try throwing a few bits into your soup or crumbling onto a salad. This cure is mild enough to be kid friendly and contains no sugar or soy.
