Cultured Ketchup
This is another gorgeous product from Culture Biota. This is spiced lacto-fermented tomatoes. Makes a great topping for your lamb burgers or anywhere that you traditionally use ketchup.

Creme Fraiche
This is a delightful and rich creamy alternative to sour cream. It is great in both sweet and savory preparations. Try a dollop on your pancakes, in your soup, with your tacos or on your granola. It is even great with some herbs as a fresh dip or a simple tart with salmon and lemon slices. This is a cultured creme fraiche made with cream and buttermilks from Noris Dairy in Eugene, OR. You may taste hints of lemon and honey in the flavor.

3-Oil Mayonnaise
A beautiful mayonnaise full of all the best saturated fats: organic macadamia nut oil, extra virgin coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil are blended with citrus and pastured eggs for a bright and slightly nutty mayo that turns any meal into a gourmet experience. It is probably one of my favorite recipes of all time, because the flavor is incomparable to anything you could imagine a mayo to taste like. I want to eat it on everything! Try dipping your fresh veggies in it or as the basis for a salad dressing. Mix it with fish or chicken for a quick salad or in a wrap!

Pork Lard
This is Pork fat rendered from a beautiful pig at Friendly Haven Rise byodunamic farm. It is sweet and delicious. Great for everyday cooking, baking and frying potato chips. Rendered lard contains about 40% saturated fat, 60% monounsaturated fat. It can be hard or soft depending on how the pig was fed, and is about 2-3% palmitoleic acid (which posesses antimicrobial properties*)
Note: crisco (yuck-o) was created to replace this traditional ingredient.
