• Bone Broth (1 quart)
• Dessert (1 pint)
• Side Dish (1 pint)
Add On: kombucha, kvass, granola, jerky, 3-oil mayonnaise, dozen pastured eggs, whole grain bread or an additional bone broth

Do Menus Change?
Our menus change weekly, only the sizes and types of products are the same. These items are concentrated and can be used as supplements to your existing diet or added to with your own ingredients. Our foods are prepared with traditional culinary techniques that not only preserve nutrients but actually increase nutrient density and bio-availability. These techniques include culturing, fermenting, salt-soaking, slow dehydrating, a liberal use of healthy traditional virgin fats (coconut, red palm, macadamia, olive, tallow), inclusion of organ meats and exclusive use of clean, local, sustainably produced grass fed meats into our recipes to create not only healthy, but nostalgically delicious meals.

ALSO – this is a fun way for us to introduce you to other food producers with the same values through “surprise” items in your boxes every month.

How many people will a box feed?

Each container contains 2-4 portions depending on your eating style. We say that concentrated this would make more than 3 full meals for one person, or add about $10-15 of your own fresh ingredients to help these dense products “stretch” farther and suit your own needs for the week. Remember that these foods are not intended to create your entire menu plan, they are supplements to it.
Also — you can sign up for more than one box a week, too!
