In the name of all that is holy, this is comfort food. Soaked rice is slow cooked with cream from Noris Dairy and condensed to a rich saucy dessert. Sweetened with local honey from Raynblest, hints of lemon and lightly seasoned with vanilla beans and spices, I cannot stress how delicious and wonderful this dessert can be. I prefer to eat it warm, you may try to do just that in a pan of milk over medium heat or, if you like myself have no patience with rice pudding, it is also divine straight away, cold as it may be.
